Rider / Driver Assessments

Absolutely the best way of ensuring drivers are up to your required standard is to assess their ability.

An annual assessment is the minimum recommendation, to ensure that standards are being maintained and dangerous bad habits are being kept in check.

An assessment is not only the best option for the above, but it's also a great way of offering drivers impartial advice on what they could improve on, or even just to commend them on what they're already doing well. It isn't always bad news, sometimes it's nice to be recognised for high standards.

Alas, sometimes though it does go a bit wrong, and collisions occur. Post collision assessments can be a vital tool in the collision investigation, and key to providing feedback to both driver and management.

We currently a full day assessment (7hrs+1hr for lunch) or a half day assessment (3.5hrs).
